About Us: Who Runs This Site
We built this site so players can check a casino before they deposit, in plain language, with the evidence on the page.
Why We Built It
Players lose money to casinos that stall withdrawals, change terms or never held a proper licence. Complaints are scattered across forums and rarely have dates or proof. We collect documented cases in one place, so you can see what happened, when it happened and what the casino said.
How We Check the Evidence
Every report goes through the same steps. We read what you sent, check the dates and screenshots for consistency, look at the casino’s terms as they were at the time, and contact the casino for a reply. We list a casino only when the evidence holds up. Personal details sent by players are removed before anything is published.
Our Editorial Rules
We use measured wording such as reported and documented, and we never claim more than the evidence shows. Every listing shows its dates and evidence. We show the casino’s reply, or the date by which none was received. We correct mistakes quickly and note the date of every change. No casino can pay to be listed, removed or ranked.
Right of Reply and Removal
A listing is not permanent. If a casino pays what it owes, fixes its terms or shows that our evidence was wrong, it can send us proof and we will update the status and record the date. Removal is free.
